Before your visit
- Arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time.
- Bring a photo ID and your insurance card.
- Bring a list of your medications with doses.
- If you have had an MRI, CT, or X-ray elsewhere, bring the images themselves, not only the written report.
- You do not need imaging or a referral to book. X-ray, DEXA scan, and nerve testing are all done in-house.
